The Rossum Experts team.
Built by ex‑Rossumers.
Implementing Rossum, improving a deployment that has stalled, or integrating it with anything — we are an ex-Rossum team that has helped win, deliver and support 100+ Rossum implementations. We work with Rossum, Rossum partners and resellers, Coupa partners, and Rossum customers directly.
Rossum is now part of Coupa — acquired May 2026. We work across both.
If your project involves Rossum in any way, you should consider working with us.
Rossum & Coupa teams
Overflow delivery, POC acceleration and custom extension work, subcontracted directly.
Rossum partners & resellers
White-label delivery capacity, pre-sales support and enablement workshops, so you can take on Rossum projects with confidence — and keep the customer relationship.
Coupa partners
Capture expertise for your Coupa practice. Since the acquisition, spend projects increasingly include Rossum — we cover that side while you run the program.
Direct Rossum users
A new implementation, a deployment that has stopped improving, or integrating Rossum with your ERP and everything around it. End to end, from first call to hypercare.
Built by ex-Rossumers. Literally.
Not just another consultancy — Inovaflow was founded by people who worked at Rossum. From pre-sales strategy to API edge cases, we know the platform from the inside, and we have stronger opinions than anyone on the market about how it should be configured.
Rossum implementations
Won, delivered and supported by our team members across industries and regions.
With Rossum, end to end
Four years inside Rossum in implementation and sales, then building on it at Inovaflow since early 2025.
Engineers + architects
Three Rossum-trained solution engineers, two solution architects for custom development and ERP work.
on G2
Every review five stars — from finance and IT teams who ran these deployments with us.
Everything around Rossum, end to end.
From pre-sales to post-live success packages — scalable services that make sure every customer gets the most out of Rossum.
We analyze, implement, deliver and document Rossum projects that are production-ready and built to last: requirements and workflow design, queue, workspace and schema configuration, formula fields, automated workflows — sorting, splitting, email notifications — extensions from the Rossum Store, serverless functions and Master Data Hub. Then documentation, user training, UAT and hypercare.
Captured data that still needs re-keying has not automated anything. We build direct API integrations with ERPs and accounting systems: posting logic, master data matching, PO and receipt matching, three-way match, approval workflows and status write-back — including flows across the Rossum–Coupa boundary. Webhooks or Make when they fit, full custom extensions when the logic needs a developer.
For Rossum, Rossum partners and resellers: we define and run POCs aligned with industry best practices, scope business needs into Rossum solutions, build custom tailored demos, and help with RFPs, RFIs and security questionnaires — so prospects see real-life value fast and excitement turns into signed deals.
Practical workshops for partner and customer teams, on-site or remote. A 1-day workshop for already-enabled teams: architecture walkthrough, best practices, common mistakes, live troubleshooting. A 3-day bootcamp for new teams: complex workflows, advanced schemas and formulas, extensions, serverless functions and Master Data Hub — building live project setups until your team delivers independently.
Going live is the beginning. We keep deployments optimized and evolving after launch: email support for stable setups, a dedicated Slack channel for dynamic operations, and monthly strategy sessions with proactive audits, optimization recommendations and team retraining where the deployment keeps changing. Scoped per customer, with a fixed quote, and you can opt out any time once automation targets are hit.
Low automation rates, exception queues nobody clears, an integration that silently drops documents. We audit the live configuration and integration against real document volume, tell you plainly what is wrong, and fix the specific causes rather than restarting the project. We tell you first what can be saved, then give a fixed quote for the fix.
From documents to posted transactions.
Audit or discovery
For a new deployment we map document types, entities, suppliers and target ERP flows. For a stalled one we audit the live configuration and integration against real volume, and tell you plainly what is wrong.
Configure Rossum properly
Queues, schemas, extraction tuning, validation rules, roles and the operating model the customer’s AP team will work in every day. Designed around the documents the project actually receives.
Integrate with the ERP
Posting logic, master data matching, PO and receipt matching, tax handling, exception routing and status write-back. Built against sandboxes before production.
Go live and tune
Real volume brings out the edge cases. We stay through the first cycles, tune matching and thresholds, and hand over documentation the customer’s team can run from.
Rossum reads the documents. Coupa runs the spend.
Coupa acquired Rossum in May 2026, building on a partnership since 2024 — the product, APIs and partner ecosystem continue. Below: Rossum reads each invoice, Coupa posts it, and master data flows back to sharpen matching.
Insider knowledge. Not just a certification.
Ex-Rossum, not just trained on Rossum
Advanced expertise shaped by real-world deployments and smart workarounds — learned inside the company, sharpened across 100+ implementations.
Integration engineers who know Rossum
Most implementation partners are process consultants. We are an integration engineering team that also knows the capture platform deeply — which is the right way round, because that is where these projects usually fail.
Small, senior, direct
One to three projects per person. Founder-level access on Slack or WhatsApp. The people who scope your rollout are the ones who deliver it.
Where we do our best work.
Good fit
- Finance and IT teams deploying Rossum, or evaluating it alongside Coupa
- Existing Rossum customers whose automation rate has stopped improving
- Rossum and Coupa partners who need delivery capacity, enablement or POC support
- Multi-entity rollouts that need SAP, NetSuite, Oracle or QAD integration
- B2B SaaS products that need an embedded implementation team
Not a fit
- Choosing between capture vendors — we implement Rossum, we don’t run vendor selections
- Full Coupa suite implementation as a general systems integrator — we are the capture and integration specialists
- License resale — we deliver, we don’t sell software
- Ongoing AP outsourcing or managed accounting services
Need integration work beyond Rossum?
We’re an integration engineering team for B2B SaaS — the same engineers building ERP and API integrations, connectors, and MCP servers that let AI agents work with enterprise systems.

Yes. Coupa announced the acquisition of Rossum in May 2026, building on a partnership that started in 2024, and the product continues under the Rossum name — existing deployments, APIs and the partner ecosystem carry on. What has changed is that capture now sits inside a much larger spend-management portfolio, so more projects touch both sides. We work across that boundary.
We are ex-Rossumers. The founding team spent four years inside Rossum in implementation and sales, and our team members have helped win, deliver and support more than 100 Rossum implementations. Today the team is three Rossum-trained solution engineers — each through a three-month enablement designed and led by a former Rossumer — and two solution architects specialized in custom development, extensions and ERP integrations.
Two things, and the second is usually underestimated. First, configure Rossum properly: queues, schemas, extraction tuning, validation rules, roles. Second, integrate it with the ERP so captured documents become posted transactions without re-keying — matching, exception routing, status write-back.
That is a common engagement. Low straight-through processing is usually a small number of specific causes: schema and field design, supplier-level variance, matching tolerances, or an integration that silently drops exceptions. We audit against real document volume and fix the causes we find.
SAP S/4HANA and ECC, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle E-Business Suite, QAD, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa itself, and anything with an API. We maintain live sandboxes for the major ERPs, so integration design starts without waiting for access to your production environment.
Yes — it is a core part of what we do. White-label delivery capacity when you have more deals than your team can deliver, POC acceleration to win deals, and enablement workshops that take your consultants from new to independently delivering. You keep the customer relationship; we make the delivery side work.
Yes. If your Coupa practice or deployment now includes Rossum capture, the integration questions are the ones we already work on every week — they just span two products in one portfolio. We handle the Rossum side and the flows between the two.
Yes — practical workshops, on-site or remote. A 1-day workshop for already-enabled teams covers architecture, best practices, common implementation mistakes and live troubleshooting. A 3-day bootcamp takes new teams from zero through complex workflows, advanced schemas and formulas, extensions, serverless functions and Master Data Hub, building live project setups along the way.
Yes. After go-live we keep the deployment optimized and evolving: email support for stable setups, a dedicated Slack channel for dynamic operations, and monthly strategy sessions with proactive audits and team retraining where the setup keeps changing. Scoped per customer with a fixed quote, and there is an immediate opt-out — common once accuracy and automation targets are reached.
A focused deployment with one ERP integration typically runs a few weeks rather than months. Multi-entity rollouts with several ERPs or unusual matching rules take longer, and we phase them so the first entity goes live early rather than everything landing at the end.
Yes, and we will be straight with you about what we find. We audit the existing configuration and integration first, tell you what is salvageable and what is not, and give you a fixed quote for the remediation rather than an open-ended engagement.
No. Integration engineering is our main business — API and ERP integrations, connectors and MCP servers across enterprise systems. Rossum is one of our business lines, and the one we have the longest experience in, going back to before Inovaflow existed. We run the same embedded, learn-it-inside-out model for a small number of other B2B SaaS products — if your product needs a delivery team like that, it is the same playbook we built on Rossum.
Let’s talk about your Rossum project.
