A prospect likes the product, then asks whether you connect to their ERP. You don’t. They go with someone who does, and you find out weeks later when the deal quietly closes as lost. Every system missing from your integrations page is a deal you never really got to compete for.
Someone spends two weeks working out how SAP handles pagination, or why NetSuite tokens expire when they do. Then they go back to the roadmap. Six months later the connector breaks, and that person is the only one who knows how it works — if they still work with you.
Embedded platforms get you live quickly, and for a large number of simple apps that is a fair trade. For the deep enterprise connectors your biggest customers depend on, you end up paying per connection, forever, for code you cannot read or change.

It is the integration your customers see on your integrations page and switch on themselves. One connector covers one external system — signing in, mapping fields, moving the data, and handling what happens when something breaks. You build it once and every customer on that system uses it.
A connector is a permanent part of your product. It works for everyone, it gets maintained, and it can go on your pricing page. A one-off build solves a single customer’s problem and never enters your library. If you are not sure which one you need, say so on the call — we will tell you, even when the honest answer is the cheaper one.
Yes. It goes into your repository, in your language, following your conventions and your review process. Nothing of ours sits in the request path and there is no per-connection fee. If you stopped working with us tomorrow, nothing would break.
Three reasons, none of them magic. We have built connectors for these systems before, and we keep live sandboxes for the major ERPs — so there is no four-week wait for access and nobody is learning at your expense. We scope properly in a couple of days, which means we start building on day one instead of finding the real requirements in week three. And nobody here carries more than three projects at once, so your connector gets senior engineers now rather than a place in a queue.
Working days. Two days of work usually spreads across three or four calendar days once questions, reviews and your team’s own schedule are taken into account. We quote actual engineering time so you can see what you are paying for — and we are upfront that the calendar version depends partly on how quickly answers come back from your side.
That is our expedited delivery add-on. We reserve the capacity, put your build first in the queue, and commit to calendar days — 2 working days means 2 calendar days, 10 means 10. It costs more, because we are holding engineers who then cannot take other work, and it asks the same speed from you: same-day answers. If your deal has a date on it, this is the option that hits the date.
Less than most teams expect. We do not need you to provide a sandbox or chase down API access for the major ERPs — we already have those running. What we do need is one engineer who can answer questions within a day and give the pull requests a quick review. That is genuinely it. The only time we come asking for access is when the target is something niche or homegrown that nobody has a public environment for.
Usually, yes. If you have a connector SDK, a plugin interface, or a normalized data model, we build to it. If this is your first connector and none of that exists yet, we can design that foundation so connectors two through ten are faster than the first one.
That is how connectors rot. You get a test suite that runs in your CI against a real sandbox, so a breaking change shows up for you before it shows up for your customer. If you would rather not watch for it at all, we can keep the connectors on a maintenance retainer.
A fixed price per connector, quoted after a scoping call, usually within 24–48 hours. It depends on how complex the system is, how many objects need to sync, and whether the framework already exists. If you order several at once, the later ones cost less than the first.
