A family company
that took the long way here.

Inovaflow is a small, senior engineering team in Prague. We did not set out to become an integration company. We became one because on every project we worked on, for years, the integration was the part that decided whether it went well — so in the end we made that the whole job.

How we ended up doing only this.

01

It started with Rossum projects

Before Inovaflow, we spent four years inside Rossum — an AI document-processing platform — implementing it for enterprise customers. That is where we learned how enterprise software really works in practice, not in a demo.

Where we began
02

Every one of them was really an integration project

The Rossum part rarely decided a project. What decided it was everything it had to connect to: SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Coupa, Dynamics, approval workflows, master data nobody owned, and whatever the customer had built themselves.

What we noticed
03

So we built the company around that part

We stopped treating integration as the awkward final piece of someone else’s project and made it our whole job.

Why we exist
04

Software vendors had the same problem, only bigger

B2B SaaS teams lose deals when their product does not connect to the system a buyer runs, and their engineers get pulled away from the roadmap to fix it. Same problem, more money at stake.

Who we serve now
05

Then agents arrived, and it was the same problem

MCP was new, but the questions were not: which system, whose login, what happens on a retry, who approves a write. An agent is only as good as what it can safely reach.

And then, agents

Small on purpose. Deep on the systems.

Solution architects, engineers and developers, with the founders still in every scoping call. Everyone here has shipped real integrations into real enterprise systems. That is the only thing we have ever hired on.

120+

Enterprise projects

Across SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, Salesforce, Coupa and the systems around them.

5

Team members

Solution architects, engineers and developers. All senior, all hands-on.

1–3

Projects per person

Nobody here runs more than three at once, so every project gets real attention.

5.0

on G2

From the finance and IT teams who ran these deployments with us.

Four things we do not compromise on.

We say no more than we say yes

One to three projects per person, on purpose. It is the only way an urgent problem gets picked up while it still matters, instead of waiting behind five other clients.

You talk to the people building it

No account managers, no ticketing system, no handover to a delivery team you have never met. Direct Slack or WhatsApp access to the engineers, and weekly demos showing real data moving.

The code is yours from the first commit

Your repository, your language, your review process. None of our code sits between your product and your customer, and there is no per-connection fee. If you stopped working with us tomorrow, nothing would break.

We will tell you the cheaper answer

Sometimes the honest answer is a one-off build instead of a connector, an existing platform instead of us, or nothing at all for now. We would rather say that on the call than find out in month three.

A family company. Run like one.

What began as a family business is growing carefully into an engineering team, and we have been picky about it — we bring in people who think the way we do: understand the business problem first, then build. No layers, no handoffs, nobody learning your systems at your expense. It also means we take it personally when something we built breaks, and we think that is how it should be.

We treat every client like family. In practice that means being straight with you early — about what a project will really cost, about which parts we are not the right team for, and about the weeks when something turns out harder than we said it would be.

Tell us what you are trying to connect.

Thirty minutes with the people who would build it. We map the systems, tell you honestly which service fits — including when the answer is the cheaper one — and give you a timeline and a fixed quote, usually within 24–48 hours.

The call is free. The quote is fixed. The code is yours.
