Yes. We build an MCP server over the system so an assistant can query it and, where you allow, act in it — with scoping, confirmations and an audit trail. This works for S/4HANA and older ECC systems, including on-prem, and for NetSuite, Dynamics, Salesforce and Coupa.
They are, and for standard processes you should use them. Vendor AI tends to stop at the boundaries: on-prem systems, custom objects and Z-fields, cross-system questions, and write actions with your own governance rules. That gap is where a custom build pays for itself.
Most single-flow integrations ship in weeks rather than months. Tool rollouts and multi-system programs take longer, and we scope them in phases so something works early rather than everything arriving at the end.
Not to start. We build against sandboxes — ours for the major ERPs, or yours if you have them — and only touch production at deployment, with your team present. For regulated environments we work inside your access model rather than around it.
You can, and we hand over documentation, data flow diagrams and runbooks written for that. Eight hours of post-launch support is included and extended support is available if you would rather it stayed with us.
Usually yes. If you run MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato or similar, we can build within it rather than beside it. We will also tell you when a direct integration would be simpler and cheaper than another component built inside the platform.
